We use Wagstaff AirSlip® technology for billet casting, which is the highest technology available on the market, ensuring the best surface finish, combined with a refined internal structure to achieve the best performance during extrusion. In addition, we use the following equipment in our process:
- Optical Emission Spectrometer with 16 chemical element channels
- European smelting ovens with semi-automatic loading machines
- STAS® degasser with an argon injection system and liquid aluminum cleaning
- Ceramic filter box
- State-of-the-art homogenization furnace
- State-of-the-art combustion technology, mitigating gas emissions
